Workshop Elements

Matt shares his journey as a high school student that left him a paraplegic after attempting suicide and how he bounced back

Immersive experience leading students to discuss wellbeing strategies collectively and reflect on key learnings in their own space

Delivering a practical workshop to encourage students to apply wellbeing strategies in action as they interact with one another
